Returns & Refund Policy

At Unbothered Peptides, we are committed to providing high-quality research materials and excellent customer service.

Due to the nature of research chemicals and laboratory materials, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Damaged, Incorrect or Lost Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

• An incorrect item

• A damaged product

• A parcel that has been confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier

please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@unbotheredpeptides.com.au.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging (where applicable)

Once we have reviewed your claim, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, quality control and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Research peptides

• Bacteriostatic water

• Opened or used products

• Products that have been reconstituted

• Products stored incorrectly after delivery

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available where:

• The incorrect item was supplied

• The product arrived damaged

• The shipment has been confirmed lost by the carrier

• We are unable to fulfil your order

Refunds are not available for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect ordering

• Improper handling or storage after delivery

• Misuse of research materials

• Delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your financial institution may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
